The problem
Fleet dispatchers needed to track and manage large numbers of vehicles and routes without the complexity of the underlying system leaking into every screen.
Approach

Designed the core fleet-status and dispatch views around what a dispatcher needs to decide in the moment, not around the full data model.

Built the interaction patterns for a data-dense enterprise tool that still had to be usable under time pressure.
Outcome
Shipped enterprise fleet-management UX for a large-scale automotive operations product.
